fees, (text updates, photo additions ) are charged
accordingly;
Maintenance
for regular updates, changes or additions (not including
custom graphics, new pages, or any restructuring of the sites layout) is done at a standard $40.00 per hour rate, billed per hour, with a $25.00 minimum
charge and billed per 1/4 hour after that. Minor updates, like updating a page with a date change or sold notice, etc. are Free!
